TYPE-C socket is a widely used data transmission and exchange interface at present. With its good compatibility and transmission stability, it has firmly occupied the transmission interface position of digital electronic equipment at present, and TYPE-C socket connector is a new generation of data interface standard for USB socket connectors on mobile devices, which belongs to the USB3.1 protocol standard newly introduced a few years ago and will be the main USB connector in the future.


When using the TYPE-C female socket, don't reach out and touch the socket interface and insert metal objects into the live jack of the TYPE-C female socket interface, so as to avoid dangerous accidents such as electric shock. Therefore, after the TYPE-C mother socket is used every time, it is also necessary to cover the usb socket protection cover. On the one hand, it can prevent some dust from invading, and on the other hand, it also plays a certain role in moisture prevention.

Don't use the TYPE-C busbar in a high temperature environment for a long time, because when the working temperature is too high, the electrical load of the TYPE-C busbar will be unbearable, which will lead to the danger of ignition and short circuit of the socket. Therefore, when the socket is used for a long time, it is generally necessary to stop the rest of the equipment and wait until the working temperature dissipates before continuing to use the TYPE-C female socket, thus avoiding and reducing the occurrence of faults.


When the usb socket is unable to be used due to short circuit fault, please do not detect the line when the usb socket is powered on. Because when the usb socket fails, the line is in a state of overload and high temperature short circuit. If it is powered on again, it will cause other lines to fail, and if it is serious, it will directly burn the socket. Therefore, when the TYPE-C bus fails, the switching power supply should be turned off immediately, so that professional instruments can be used to check the failure.


When connecting the TYPE-C socket, be careful not to let some tiny impurities invade the interface, otherwise it will easily lead to poor contact between the usb socket and the USB plug, which will lead to some unrecognizable induction. Moreover, the usb socket has been used for a long time, so it is necessary to pay attention to the dust cleaning of the daily interface, so as to avoid the problem that too much dust will easily cause the components of the socket interface to rust, which will affect the performance of the TYPE-C female socket.

In terms of product appearance size, the length of the interface body of this simple 6P-TYPE C female socket is 6.85mm, the Pin needle gauge is 1.0mm, and the length of the four pins welded and fixed to the PCB board is 1.1mm (short-legged in specification). When the product is male and female, the effective insertion depth is 4.8 mm.


In the installation and wiring of TYPE-C female socket, attention should be paid not to bundle and pile up the connected power cords at each wiring point of the socket, otherwise it is easy to cause the working line to be unable to dissipate heat in use, which may directly burn the socket. Therefore, when installing the wiring in the usb socket, it is necessary to leave some space between the wiring points, which is convenient for the line to heat up.
